7 October 2011

One of our clients here at a451 is Stuart Turner, a well-respected company inspired by water to deliver pump solutions with the highest technology to customers. Stuart Turner was established in 1906, giving them over a hundred years of experience with pumps and pumping solutions.

Since the beginning of the company they have catered for a massive range of sectors, providing pumps for many applications. With sectors ranging from residential to commercial, horticulture to medical and defence to recycling they provide solutions for the majority of pumping needs.

Before now, the company has based its pumping solutions on the pumping of clean water but the latest innovative addition to the Stuart line is the Wasteflo range.

When building extensions or refurbishing unused parts of your house/commercial building you may wish to add a bathroom, kitchen or utility room and the attachment to a soil pipe can be one of the hardest problems to overcome. This is where Stuart Turner’s Wasteflo comes into play. They have both lifting stations and macerators available which are designed to be compact and simple to install.

Lifting stations can be used when you are creating a bathroom or other room which requires connection to a soil pump that is higher than the room itself. A macerator is used for breaking down waste from toilets in order to be able to pump it against gravity into the main soil pipe.
