a451 is pleased to be providing the Search Engine Marketing for two new Web sites from Howard de Walden Estates (HdWE). One Web site is concentrating on the letting of the Estates properties and the other is the definitive online resource for all the Marylebone Village has to offer.

The Estate owns, leases and manages the majority of the 92 acres of real estate in Marylebone. The area contains some of London’s most beautiful Georgian architecture and includes residential accommodation, offices, medical units centred on Harley Street and retail units on and around Marylebone High Street.

The Estate is renowned for its creative regeneration of Marylebone High Street.

The Web sites were designed by Pixl8 the specialist digital communications agency using the Preside Content Management System.

a451 has been providing search marketing services for the Estate for a number of years and is pleased to be working on the new and exciting Web sites.
